All of our prints are triple checked for quality assurance. However, in the unfortunate circumstance that your print arrives faulty, we will replace it for you or directly refund your payment. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your print at email@example.com and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
Damaged in Transit
Although our artwork is carefully packaged for shipping, occasionally accidents can happen. If you find that your artwork has been damaged in transit, please advise us immediately. It's essential that you include photos of the damage to the box and the artwork as attachments to your email. Should we accept the damage in transit claim, we will organise a replacement for you.
Change of Mind/Ordering Wrong Sizes
Because all of our artworks are made to order, we are unfortunately unable to offer returns or exchange on artworks if you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size by mistake.
